I was hacked in 2014. They banned and froze the account, i got back from the grandparents and then spent 10 years of talking to support. They do not care.
Lost 10k and vavle even gave me proof I was hacked. Showed them that as well as IPs and motherboards IDs. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ valve. They just want skin money and their support is useless. They still dont care.

And you were not hacked, at most you were hijacked due to you not caring about basic cyber security.
