zero post history and his name history has a scam site in it, and then suddenly a name change to something completely different..
100% a bought account, the original owner most likely got hijacked after visiting that scam site and abandoned the account when it got vac banned. then this guy bought it, changed the name and pointlessly asked for an unbanning so he could sell the skins
