I have a vac ban from 11 years ago
I wanna sell my stuff to buy a game. Would an appeal be possible for this?

The items being locked to the account is part of the punishment.... so no you will not be allowed to sell them... ever.

The mist common posts here are bought accounts trying to get a ban removed. This one had all the ear marks, did not check the post history.
