Ban mistake
i have recently received a permanent VAC ban. and I'm not really sure why because i don't and never did cheat. i am level 10 on faceit so i don't see how i could cheat. i have never use software or anything that can boost my gameplay. i hope this is a mistake, and if it isn't, i would like a explanation. thank you

The account has a GAME ban. Not a VAC ban.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

Yes, cs2 game bans are permanent. Bans are delayed so what your were doing at the time doesn't matter.

Game bans displayed on the profile are permanent. Click the info link on your profile and read.

Bans are issued with a delay. What you were doing at the time of the ban is irrelevant.

it says i have been cheating, but i have never in my life cheated, and none of my friends has my account, so i dont see how this could have been. is there any way i could get in contact with a admin or so?

No. Game bans for Valve games are permanent. Appeals are not accepted.

These are user forums. No 'admins' here.

Cheating isn't the only way to earn a game ban.
