i have recently received a permanent VAC ban. and I'm not really sure why because i don't and never did cheat. i am level 10 on faceit so i don't see how i could cheat. i have never use software or anything that can boost my gameplay. i hope this is a mistake, and if it isn't, i would like a explanation. thank you
