Hello Steam Support,

I received a VAC ban on my account around 3 years ago (about 1277 days ago). At the time, I used a third-party skin application for CS:GO without knowing it was against the rules. I didn’t use it for cheating or unfair advantage — it was purely visual.

I now understand that it was a mistake and I take full responsibility. I truly regret it and will never use any third-party software again.

This account is very old and means a lot to me, and I’m kindly asking if there’s any possibility for reconsideration or a second chance. Even if the VAC ban can’t be removed, I would really appreciate a confirmation and explanation.
