Hello, Valve support, I have never played with cheats or anything like that. I invested a lot in the Steam level 60 and I have 4500 hours in Cs: Go. After the update in October, many innocent players were banned for a big score in the game. I played on Mirage and shot 40 on 7 and was banned simply for a high score in the game. Even the famous streamer Doc suffered. He was banned due to 16 on 2 on the same day as me, and my close friend was banned on the same day as me. He was level 110 Steam and had a large inventory. He wrote to Steam support and explained everything and he was checked and unbanned. Please check my account, otherwise I don't want to get banned because of an error that even a famous streamer suffered. Please sort this out. I invested a lot of time in Steam and I want you to sort this out. This is mine, My main account and I want to play Cs: Go some more.

But we know Valve, they have all innovations work through one place, but in the long run they improve and become quite useful.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

maybe you should ask who ever it is your talking about. steam support has nothing to do with VAC or GAME BANS. they dont issue them, they dont investigate them, they dont remove them.

maybe you should double check to make sure the person is using the same account, we have seen people get banned, make a new account the looks just like the banned one, then claim "I got unbanned".

we have also seen people claim to be VAC BANNED, when the fact is they didnt get banned. they had an error that prevented vac from doing it job or they had a cooldown.

this is NOT a ban appeal forum, no one on the forums can assist you. click the INFO link on your profile, read it, thats all the information valve is going to give you about the ban. the only people here are other steam users who have the same power over game/vac bans that you have - none.
