I got banned for the second time even though I didn’t do anything wrong.
Hello,
I just received a VAC ban, but I didn’t cheat or use any third-party software. I was simply playing normally with my friends, who have higher ELO. We’ve been playing together for a few weeks, and everything was fair.
Could you please review my case? I really don’t understand why I got banned.

This isn't the support forum, and no, there isn't such a thing.

You don't have a VAC ban. Read the in-game message carefully, but this time without panicking about the word "VAC."

Ok alrght but i got IT 2 times and idk what to do i Play with my friends and i dont want to get permanently Vannes what i can do to overcome this

First, do what The Giving One told you to do.
Then we can determine whether it's a cooldown or a vac error.
