The account has a GAME ban. Not a VAC ban.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum..

Buying Prime and not having a good rank don't make your account immune from the consequences of violating the game's rules.

Game bans can be awarded for the following:

-Cheating.

-Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.

-Botting and/or automation.

-Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

Its nothing from that list.

All bans are issues with a time delay on purpose. So what you were doing in game at the time of the band being awarded is irrelevant. Whatever you did, happened days two weeks before the band was awarded.
