Unblocking an account (IP address change not my fault)
Hello!
My account was blocked, presumably due to a change in my IP address.
I did not use a VPN, proxy, or any prohibited programs. My internet service provider changed my IP address independently, and I had no control over it.

Please review my account and lift the block, as I have not violated the game rules.
If necessary, I can provide proof that my IP address changed automatically.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and assistance.

Valve does not issue Game bans via IP.

What a bunch of horse Puckey!

VAC only blocks when it detects cheating programs on your computer. They don’t have to be running to be detected. That’s how VAC works not by IP address. If VAC banned for changing IP address, we would all be banned.

Oh, by the way, you have a game ban. Not a vac ban.

Game bans have nothing to do with this forum

lol. if that was the case, then lots of people will be sitting with bans. Bans are given because your account was caught breaking the rules. so go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban
