Request for review — 31-day cooldown / VAC detection on my account

Hello Steam Support,

I received a 31-day cooldown / VAC detection on my account (Steam username: BitchAssNga) on November 11. I believe this may be a false positive. I did not use any cheats or third-party programs that modify gameplay.

At the time, I had Wallpaper Engine and an FPS booster running, along with regular background software. I’ve since scanned my PC for malware and removed any suspicious applications.

Please review my account and detection logs to help identify what caused this action. I can provide screenshots or any additional information if needed.

VAC has flagged your gameplay as irregular
Players who VAC determines as having irregular gameplay will be disconnected from the match and receive a minimum one day competitive cooldown regardless of their current cooldown level.

Cooldowns issued for irregular gameplay prevent access to all game modes for the duration of the cooldown.

VAC flagged a member of your party's gameplay as irregular
Players who party with someone who is disconnected for irregular gameplay will receive the same minimum one day competitive cooldown as the disconnected player regardless of their current cooldown level.

Cooldowns issued for partying with a player who VAC disconnects for irregular gameplay prevents access to all game modes for the duration of the cooldown.

The VACNet AI suspects you or a member of your premade group of cheating. Stop the behaviour that the AI suspects as cheating if you don't want to get banned again.
