Here is an idea, if you feel that the service isn’t working, create your own. Just because VAC doesn’t work the way you want doesn’t mean it is broken

That is not dismissing the point, that is just explaining the logic behind my statement in a general scope of how businesses handle criticism. We are not moderators nor have we ever claimed to be (except SV, who actually was a volunteer mod when that was a thing).
