Hello again! My Steam account was hacked. I saw it and quickly changed my password. But when I logged in, I discovered I'd been VAC-banned from Counter-Strike 2. I think the hacker may have used cheats on my account or something similar. I'm asking for your help, as this account is important to me and I don't want to lose it. I've never played with cheats myself. I even bought Prime status specifically for this. I also play on FACEIT, which has its own anti-cheat system, which means I don't play with cheats. I'm asking for your help. Please review my ban and also check the city or country the attacker came from so you can be sure I wasn't using cheats. Please help! I beg you. The account has a GAME ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

The account was not hacked, but was hijacked because you compromised it. Account security is your responsibility.

By failing to keep your account secure you are partly responsible for what happened, so the ban is correct and will not be removed.
