Game bans can be awarded for the following:

-Cheating.

-Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.

-Botting and/or automation.

-Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.


Now before you go and reply, but Bruh, I didn’t do any of those things. Remember this, Steam will not tell you what you did to get the ban. And most of usprobably don’t even care so don’t bother doingit because we can’t do anything anyways.

And no one here or even Steam Support can remove or help you get a ban removed. Valve does not accept appeals.

Personally I'd suggest deleting the account and not creating a new one as you seem to have trouble determining why the account was issued a game ban and for some reason disregard the information provided. Creating a new account and running into the same issue will simply result in you being here to inquire yet again about the ban on the new account.
