Cheats aren't necessary for a game ban, and false reports wouldn't get you banned either.

No one can tell you the exact reason, and there's no one from support in the VAC forum. Even if that were to change, it wouldn't matter in your case, since your game ban is not only permanent, but it also can't be removed by support.
