Time to make cheating in video games in the US a crime
Gabe, if anyone can do it you can. The video game companies have the capital. Its time in history to make it a crime punishable by a year in prison or longer and fines in the 100's thousands of dollars.

These people are scum and less then human. They need to be punished.

The only other option to stop cheating is to brick the PCs of cheaters if they are caught. And if that dosnt work they are going to make us all use our ID's in the future to play like Asia.

How many people cheat in Korea when they get caught? Oh wait. They dont cheat on Korean servers cause you can get 5 years in prison for it.

Why cant we do this in NA?

Yes nobody cheats in Korea or Asia, there are no cheaters there.
You should play on asian servers and see how they have no cheaters

To my knowledge, the 5-year prison sentence or the high fine applies to developers and/or sellers of such software, not to the cheaters themselves.

Your suggestion about rendering PCs unusable wouldn't be possible either.
If it were a hardware ban and someone bought the PC unaware of the ban, then an honest player would be left with a useless PC, and you were suggesting something else, that would constitute a massive infringement on the PC's ownership and data, something no one could legally get away with.
