VAC

i didnt cheat in any game in my life my brother was playing in it so i didnt know i get vac ban
i back to this acc and playing with my frinds and i was shoocked am bann so i sorry about it am really sorry iim looking for another chance i hope you understnad and give my one last chance pleases and thanx for everythink

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

I can't imagine buying an account without either first checking if it's banned, or checking if the ban can be removed or not before buying it. I imagine I'd feel quite stupid if I did so.

you do know that buying accounts are against Steam TOS, which can get the account terminated. Also its irrelevant who used the account, after 3692 days, that vacban have already been checked and rechecked, so its correct and permanent. So that means that account was caught cheating.
