part of the ban is that you get to keep those items permanently to the profile, which you would have known if you gone to your profile and clicked on the info button. Or did you buy the account? Also this is a community only forum

Can I move my items and games to a different Steam account?
No. Items and games cannot be moved from a VAC banned account to a different account, however, new games can still be purchased and registered on a VAC banned account and the account can still receive items, but not send them.

I hope it was an expensive lesson to learn not to buy Steam accounts.

You can't get your items to another account because you have a VAC Ban which means you items are locked into your account forever. I hope you learned your lesson to not cheat in games like Counter-Strike 2.
