It doesn't matter what you say, you'll never get rid of your ban.
If you got a game ban in CS2 then it is permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. You will never know the reason for the ban and no one will provide you with any proof of the ban. If the ban is issued by mistake, it will be automatically removed. Here you can read the article about Game bans in CS2 https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/ru/faqs/view/4E54-0B96-D0A4-1557.
If you got a game ban in some other game, you still have a chance to appeal and get the ban lifted by contacting the developers of the game you got the ban in, read this article https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/ru/faqs/view/571A-97DA-70E9-FF74
