Vacban is for cheating and using skinchangers, so your account was caught using cheats. Also bans are delayed. after 3418 days that ban has already been checked and rechecked, so it is 100% correct and permanent. Create a new account and move on. Also stop buying steam accounts, which is worse then the ban what the account have, meaning the account can be terminated
