Wrong VAC Ban After Enabling Secure Boot

I recently received a VAC ban in Counter-Strike 2, but I believe it was issued by mistake. The only change I made to my system before the ban was enabling Secure Boot in my BIOS so that I could play Battlefield 6. After making this change, I later noticed that my CS2 account had been VAC banned.

I have never used any cheats, modified game files, or third-party software that would violate the VAC rules.
Please review my account and system information, as it’s possible that the ban was triggered incorrectly due to the Secure Boot configuration change.

You have a game ban, not a VAC ban. It's permanent, nobody can review anything for you.

While there are many ways to earn a game ban, enabling Secure Boot isn't one of them.

secure boot definitely doesn't cause a ban. its like saying you "you played with a cheater and got banned" both scenario's does not cause a ban. Gamebans for CS2 is cause by one of a few things.
