i got vac for playing in a comp game with a cheater can i get a unban?

This is not a (vac) ban, but a cooldown, and its penalty time cannot be shortened, let alone removed.

Cooldowns are not bans.

You must wait, cooldowns can not be removed or reduced.

Cooldowns have nothing to do with VAC.
