I am writing to appeal a recent ban on my CS2 account. I believe the ban was issued in error. I have never used cheats or engaged in any other form of misconduct.I was playing a game and I got an error on third-party applications several times, I couldn't log in to the server, although I wasn't running any third-party applications at that moment. And as a result, after a short period of time, vak ban flew to me.
I invested money in this game. It was my only entertainment. I'm asking you to reconsider your decision, this is not the first time I've written to you, I'm very upset, I understand your rules, but please make an exception, I've been waiting all this time hoping that my account would be unblocked, but it didn't happen . I am very confused and would appreciate it if you could review my account and remove the ban.
