Why do you think you can only get a game ban by cheating? If there's a VAC ban for cheating, aren't you wondering why there's a game ban at all?

Game bans have various possible reasons, so cheating isn't necessary, and the ban is permanent and cannot be lifted.

You were just told that game bans can be for more than just cheating. If you didn't cheat, then the game ban was for griefing. Doesn't change that it's permanent either way.

So the thing is that I didn't do anything wrong in this account, I've been playing for years, even Faceit 8lvl, I didn't even insult anyone

Says every cheater ever. Your excuses are meaningless, your ban is here to stay forever, get over it.

"But i did nothing wrong bro" is the most overused excuse in the book, next to things like "But my brother or friend played on my account" or the good old "But it was the computer club/internet cafë that caused the ban"...

We've heard and seen it all by now... If you did nothing wrong, then you wouldn't be banned hence why your excuse is not going to work.. Period..

Make a new account and move on.
