Why did I get banned?
I played one game of retake and then went into the Community map CS2LABS and then I tried to queue Retake again, but I was banned by then. I don't understand why.

No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.

Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

You did something that violated the game's rules. Make a new account and stop doing that if you want to play again.

You won't get banned permanently for playing with cheater, atleast not when you have only <50hours on record

If they did that then 95% of all CS players would have been banned by now.
