I am not guilty that my friend played with my account and did not know that there was a hack in the device. I just want to withdraw the celebrities that I bought.

First your friend should have never had access to your account and second you are responsible for everything that happens on it.

The items are locked to the account forever

making up stories after so long doesn't help. also this is not an appeal forum but a community only forum. vacbans are permanent

Your purchased account will not be unbanned. Skins stay locked to the banned account
