Hello Steam Support,

Many years ago, I received a permanent VAC ban on my account after making what I believe was an accidental headshot in-game. At the time, I didn’t use any cheats or third-party software — it was simply an unusually lucky shot during normal gameplay.

I completely understand that VAC bans are permanent and non-negotiable, but I wanted to kindly ask if you could review this case or confirm the exact reason for the ban. I’ve been a loyal Steam user for many years and have always respected the rules.

I’m not trying to argue the decision, I just hope to understand what happened so I can avoid any similar issues in the future.

The account cheated, or some sort of sharing has occurred..

Your ban has been checked and rechecked, verified to be correct.

You're wrong about 3 points.

A) You won't get a VAC ban for a lucky shot; VAC doesn't react to that. VAC only reacts to known cheats it has found.
B) There's no one from support in the VAC forum.
C) Support wouldn't respond to your request even via ticket, as they have nothing to do with VAC.

Your 1575 days old VAC ban has been checked and re-checked multiple times by now being given correctly.

Also ChatGPT doesn't remove any bans.

Create a new account and move on, all you can do.
