I would like to discuss the incorrect determination of Valve's anti-cheat system. I was banned from VAC even though I didn't play with third-party software/cheats.
I ask you to reconsider your decision on the VAC ban, and if it turns out that I didn't play with third-party software/cheats, I ask you to lift the VAC ban.
