Bans CANNOT be removed by support all bans can't be appealed and are PERMANENT

2. Game bans for CS2 are permanent and can not be appealed.

4. Support can't and won't remove any bans, VAC or game bans, doesn't matter.

Now the only thing left is creating a new account and moving on.

When they said support they meant emotional support, as in we can help you understand that the ban is permanent.
