Dear CS:GO Support Team,

I would like to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that may have led to my account being banned. I want to clarify that I have never used any kind of hacks, cheats, or third-party software while playing CS:GO. I always aim to play fairly and respect the rules of the game.

If there was any unusual activity or misunderstanding detected by the system, I kindly ask you to review my case once again. I truly enjoy playing CS:GO and would be very grateful if you could reconsider the ban on my account.

And you have an old game ban, and game bans are for more than just cheating.

That means, ban is permanent and won't ever be removed.

Create a new account and move on.
