I want to tell you about an extremely unpleasant situation that I encountered in Counter-Strike 2. My Steam account has been blocked without any reason or warning. I've always played fair, and I've never used cheats, third-party software, or any tricks that could violate Valve's rules.

Despite this, I suddenly received a blocking notification, allegedly for violating the rules. I am confident in my innocence and consider this a gross mistake of the system. The most frustrating thing is that no specifics are provided — just the fact of being blocked, with no explanation or opportunity to justify themselves.

I have invested not only money in this account, but also a lot of time, effort and emotions. I bought skins, participated in matchmaking, leveled up, and chatted with friends. All of this is now unavailable due to a mistake I didn't make.

I have already filed an appeal through official support, but so far there is no response. I really hope that my situation will be reviewed and my account restored. Such cases undermine trust in the system and discourage the desire to continue playing your favorite game.
