Speaking of false associations, the OP states not playing with cheats while also knowing it's an Overwatch ban, not a VAC ban. Which is a classical non-sequitur reasoning which is a sign of a lie and/or populism.
Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.
Since support is the highest authority you can reach as a normal user and they have no way of removing the ban, the answer is: Nowhere.
The reason doesn't really matter, since you won't be able to get rid of the ban anyway.
in short, you got no rights.
Luckily, you don’t make the rules.
And what rights are you talking about? House rules and thus the rules are set by Valve, and you agreed to this when you created your account.

I even said here that no one from support is in the vac forum, which you should have seen.
The vac forum is ONLY for regular users.
I want one thing or another too, but unfortunately that won't change anything.
As I said, you won't get banned for no reason.
