If you were kicked out of the match, it’s a temporary ban.
A cooldown (temporary ban) is issued for frequently leaving matches, toxic behavior or insults, team-killing or intentional sabotage, and it serves as a temporary punishment and warning, if the negative behavior continues it can lead to a permanent game ban printed in red on your account.

Additional information, you should keep in mind.
After several Cooldowns for the reasons mentioned above, you will reach the second level called, GAME BAN.
What happens with a Game Ban on the account?
Items tied to the game in which the ban was issued are permanently locked. You cannot transfer, trade, or sell them. This is part of the punishment because it prevents abuse or attempts to bypass the system by creating new accounts.
That’s why many banned kids keep asking for their CS inventory to be unlocked.
Example
All precious CS2 skins will be permanently locked, and you won’t be able to play on official servers, only against bots or against and with other cheaters on random servers without anti-cheat.
Respect fair play if you don’t want to earn Medals you won’t like, because you won’t get unbanned.
