vac-ban
Hello and regards

Sir, I haven't played the game for about three days and I didn't even have any external software. Now I've logged into my account and I see that I've been banned and the reason is because of cheating. But I haven't used any kind of cheating. I even reported a lot of cheaters myself, but I ended up getting banned myself?!

You're confusing your game ban with a VAC ban.
There are various possible reasons for a game ban, not just cheats.
By the way, your ban is permanent and cannot be removed.

1. Your ban is permanent, meaning it will never disappear on its own.
2. Your ban cannot be removed even by support, and since support is the highest authority you can contact, no one can remove the ban.

So you will definitely never get rid of the ban.

Over a stupid game that is riddled with cheaters and infested with people who make money illegally selling pointless digital skins?
