misunderstood VAC ban
Hello, after playing wingman with a friend I got banned (not after a game but after logging in later in the evening) for the context I bought the premium 1 week before the ban, played 2 or 3 games then went on vacation for 5 days on my return I tryhard on Saturday without having any problem and on Sunday i also play a lot and I also bought myself an AWP skin for 5€ but it was on this day that I got banned. What I don't understand is that I have NO cheating software on my computer moreover the ban occurred when I logged in and not during or at the end of a game so why am I banned? Will I be able to play the game again one day? if I create another account and buy the premium again can it happen again? (I repeat that I have in no way cheated in any way before or after purchasing the premium)

First of all, it's not a VAC ban; as you can see from your profile, it's a game ban.

Game bans are issued for various reasons, but regular users in the VAC forum can't know the exact reason, and support won't give you any information about it.

The game ban is permanent and cannot be removed.

If you create a new account, buy Prime, and violate a rule again (perhaps for the same reason), it can of course happen again.

okay but i don't have do anything that could ban me so what can i do ?

Create a new account and start from 0.
But as long as you don't realize what you've done, it can happen again if you break the rules again.
