You indeed have the right to complain, and we have the right to state otherwise.. It's called a public forum, something you're currently on... Don't like the answers given to you? Cool, but refrain from hijacking posts as that's rude and can result in a community ban.
If you want to say what's on your mind, then simply make a thread yourself. but before doing so.. Make sure to actually take the time to look at your own profile, to see if you are actually banned or not.. Something that in your case isn't on your profile.. So no need to come here to the forums, hijacking posts and such about something you don't even have.
What you most likely have is either a cooldown or a vac error, a error should be resolved by restarting your steam or your pc.. And regarding a cooldown, that's just a timeout.. Simply wait until that expires and you can play again.. Keep in mind that the more cooldowns you're racking up, the longer the cooldowns are going to be to a point where they could result in a actual game ban.
