Hello Steam Support,

I recently noticed that my Steam account has received a VAC ban. I believe this ban may have been applied because my account was compromised. During that time, I did not have full control over my account, and it’s possible that someone else accessed it and used cheats without my knowledge.

I have since recovered my account and secured it with Steam Guard and a new password. I kindly ask you to review my case and check if the VAC ban could have been issued during the time my account was compromised.
