There are no permanent bans on the account. What are you on about?

Nobody reads anymore, they just see VAC and freak out and demand solutions.

no ban showing. a vac error or a cooldown are not a ban. please reread the message you saw more slowly and do not stop at the word vac.

a vac error is caused by something on your computer blocking vac. verifying game files, restarting steam, and/or restarting the computer fixes the issue a majority of the time. if it does not fix the issue, there is a thread in this forum that has more information that may help you fix the issue.
