Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.
I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.
Posting here or anywhere doesn't remove any bans for VALVe games, you can not appeal any bans on Steam that are VALVe games.
The rules have been broken on the account, either by you or someone else, so yes, it's possible.
According to the terms of use, you are not allowed to buy an account; you have to create one yourself...
You're just assuming cheats in that statement, right?
You can't turn to anyone or anything; your ban is permanent and cannot be removed.
But I already told you that in my first post, it would be nice if you also read what the answer is when you ask.
