I got VAC banned but I didn't cheat

Hello,

Today I noticed that my account has received a VAC ban, but I have never used any cheats, hacks, or software that modifies the game in any way. I only play normally, and I respect the game rules.

I want to know if there is any way to check the reason for this VAC ban or if it could have been a mistake. I haven’t shared my account with anyone, and I don’t run any suspicious software in the background.

Could someone please help me review this ban? I really believe this was issued in error.

as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. irrelevant what it says ingame. gameban is given for one of a few things and its permanent. Also this is a community only forum
