1. nobody "hacked" your account, at most you were careless with your password and used it where you should not have and they hijacked it.

2. took you long enough, I never trust those "it took me 90 days before I got it fixed" stories.

3. not a vac ban, you have a game ban.

4. ban is permanent, they could not have gotten into your account if you had been more careful.

Account security is your responsibility, even if someone had access to your account, it would still be your fault for letting that happen.

You have 1 game on your account, just create a new account and move on, yours isn't worth anything anyway, no value lost.

It never stops fascinating me that people with similar stories to OP, 9 times out of 10 always have the same skinsmonkey group in their groups list...
