Is it possible to express constructive criticism, or will I get banned just for saying this? The quality of the service is quite pitiful, and I think users should report this to Valve support and raise the issue.
I have no idea how this forum was managed before, but I know it was managed better. Even an ignorant person like me can understand the difference between a Game Ban, due to various reasons, not only for cheats, and a VAC Ban, for cheats or programs that interfere and are detected as cheats like skinchanger.
But what I see most of the time are completely wrong answers from the moderators. Users don’t even know how to recognize the type of ban they received and then they end up with more wrong answers and their discussions closed without being able to correct anything, because some moderators don’t even read the user’s profile to check what kind of ban it is.

This thread is meant to provide correct information, right? but correct info, not wrong, otherwise it’s useless, and I expect a moderator to actually know things, because a lot of threads have been closed providing wrong answers.
And now we’ll see if I’ve violated anything in this comment and get banned for exposing what is obvious to everyone, instead of learning to read, it’s better to shut people’s mouths and cause even more confusion.
