mistake ban

Hi dear, I play with one of my friend i dont know hes cheating.. and all the party was banned by this user. I have 2 armory pass and I want to buy more armory pass. Please remove the vac from my account, its just a mistake and I do nothing. I play fare. please remove.

you have no bans on your profile. You most likely got a global cooldown. So wait it out

THAT is a VAC ban.

cooldowns and bans cannot be removed. You have a global cooldown, so wait it out. nobody can remove it, that includes steam support, they will just give you the global cooldown link
