I'm at a loss for words, I've never used cheats of any kind, I've never let someone else use my account or play on my account. if is there a way to prove my innocence i will do it, I am willing to share any and every demo or game-play if i have to prove it.

I bought the prime less than 2 weeks ago to play with a friend, everything was going fine until yesterday where I got convicted.

If someone can help me or point me in the right direction to try to appeal this, it would be much appreciated.
