Account was banned for cheating, nothing else. It's been re-checked multiple times since being added to the account and was determined to have been given correctly. It's permanent and will never be removed

steam will not remove bans from purchased accounts... (or any other accounts as well)

Oh, and remember: there is no such thing as 'no reason vac ban' - especially with bans as old as yours.

1. buy banned account
2. make post saying "I just remembered the password"
