You cannot appeal a VAC ban.

VAC bans are exclusively issued for cheating and are both permanent and non-negotiable.

In accordance with section 1 C of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, you are fully responsible for all actions on your account, no matter who used the account. This includes actions that occurred as the consequence of fraudulent account access by phishing or malware, be it input relay, session token theft or any other method that granted a third party access to your account.

In short: It does not matter who used the account to cheat.

i always find it funny that people who buy accounts, think the idea of "my account was stolen" and "i just recoved the account" can get them some kind of pass. Vacban is for cheating, irrelevant who used the account. and its permanent. If it was incorrect then it would have been removed long time ago

yessss yessss I'll just tell them that I was eh.. HACKED! while I eh.. WAS AWAY FOR A COUPLE MONTHS! and eh eh.. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO RETURN TO CS2 because eh.. ITS MY LIFE! and eh.. I need the money for the skins cuz I'm poor, although on my other account I have nine billion dollars worth of skins.
