vac ban?
why was i banned when i was not even online or playing?!

Bans are delayed, and that's not a vac ban. that's a game ban.
there's an info button next to the red GAME BAN message on your profile. Its worth clicking.

as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. gamebans is given for one of a few things, and its permanent. also bans are delayed on purpose
