If the ban is for a VALVe game, it's permanent and can not be appealed.

Create a new account then and move on with life in that case, no value lost.

Eu não uso trapaça. Minha conta também não tinha nada de valor, o chato é ter que criar outra conta e receber um BAN sem motivo. Mas tudo bem, já criei e continuo jogando. Mas o que deixa chateado é ver tantos jogadores usando trapaça e ninguém e banido, aí a gente que joga de vez em quando pra se divertir leva BAN.
