You have a game ban, which is not the same as a VAC ban.
There are various possible reasons for a game ban.

I take fair play very seriously and I am willing to fully cooperate. I believe my account has been banned in error, and I would like to know if there is any possibility to regain access to play with this account.

Of course not, the items are locked in your accounts inventory.

VALVe doesn't allow banned players to benefit from their behavior.

but i dont even know what happened 2 days ago i was played normaly , today i came back home log in game and just got banned , i was thinking now that i can save my inventory to new accaunt but now its mean i lost money for nothing or how to understand

OP apparently has not read the linked information. It clearly states:

Can I move my Counter-Strike 2 items to a different account?
No. Counter-Strike 2 items cannot be moved from a game banned account to a different account.

Bans are delayed on purpose. I can take day to weeks for them to award them.



Whatever you did to get banned happened long before you logged in and saw your ban for the first time
