You mean you have a game ban? And getting banned for "no reason" doesn't seem like a reasonable excuse.

Many things in your life seem to happen for "no reason".

Like posting here, for example. You did that "for no reason" also.

1. No one here can do anything about the ban on your account. It's just a user forum.

2. The ban on your account is not even a VAC ban. It is a game ban. Red text with an "info" button right on your profile clearly shows this and explains this. Game bans have ZERO to do with VAC or this forum.

3. Even Steam Support cannot remove the ban and you cannot even appeal it. Instead of us copying and pasting that from the very page that shows this, just use the "info" button.

4. The ban is permanent and cannot be removed. See numbers one and three above.

Buying Prime doesn't make your account immune from the consequences of violating the game's rules.
